Our legal basis is legitimate interests: responding to your request.
Giving us your details is optional, but we cannot send a shortlist without them.
Who we share them with
- Consultants we shortlist
- monday.com, which runs the brief form
- Our website host
If a consultant is outside the UK, your brief is sent to them there, at your request.
How long we keep them
2 years from our last contact with you.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of your details
- Correct them
- Delete them
- Limit how we use them
- Stop using them
- Send them to you in a reusable format
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
